Ajara gasoline chaff cutter spec card: easy guillotining of forage, 1500kg productivity, adjustable length
Why farmers are switching

Less labour. More feed. Healthier herds.

Everything about the machine is built around one job: turning raw grass, hay, straw and maize stalk into feed your animals can actually eat well — fast.

01

Runs without grid power

Petrol engine means it works even where light is unreliable — no inverter, no generator, no waiting for NEPA.

02

1,500kg of forage per hour

Feed a large herd or a full poultry house without spending your whole morning on the cutlass.

03

Adjustable cut length

Set finer chop for poultry and rabbits, coarser chop for cattle and goats — one machine, every feed type.

04

Less feed waste

Evenly chopped forage is easier to eat and digest, so less is trampled or left behind in the trough.

05

Built for daily use

Heavy-gauge steel housing and a simple guillotine cutting action made to work every day, season after season.

06

Easy to operate

No technical training required — start it, feed it, and it does the chopping. Simple to clean and maintain.

Adjustable cut length

You choose how fine it's chopped

Turn one adjustment and the same machine gives you anything from coarse straw to a fine, almost mash-like chop — so poultry, rabbits, cattle and goats can each get feed sized right for them.

  • Coarse chop for cattle and goats
  • Medium chop for general mixed feed
  • Fine chop for poultry and rabbits

FAQ

Common questions from farmers

Does it need electricity to run?+
No. It runs on petrol, so it works on any farm, including areas without reliable grid power — no generator or inverter required.
What can it cut?+
Fresh grass, hay, straw, maize stalk, banana stem and similar forage — feed for cattle, goats, sheep, pigs, rabbits, poultry, ducks and horses. Cut length is adjustable depending on the animal.
How much can it process in a day?+
Up to 1,500kg of forage per hour at full operation, which covers a large herd or flock without needing extra labour.
What's the difference between the three packages?+
All three share the same cutting unit. The Belt Conveyor Slide and Metal Conveyor Slide packages add a conveyor that moves cut feed away automatically, which helps if you're processing continuously rather than in small batches.
Do you deliver outside Lagos and Ibadan?+
Yes. Delivery is free within Lagos and Ibadan. For other states, a ₦10,000 commitment fee is required before we process the order, and delivery takes 2–3 working days depending on your location.
How do I pay?+
By cash or bank transfer at the point of delivery for the balance. The ₦10,000 commitment fee for out-of-state orders is paid into the company account first, before your order is processed.
Is there a warranty or after-sales support?+
Add your actual warranty period and after-sales/service terms here so customers know exactly what's covered. Fill in before publishing
